2026 Extraordinary General Meeting

The Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM") of Plato Capital Limited (the “Company”) was held at Seletar Room 3, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, 317 Outram Road, Singapore 169075 on Friday, 9 January 2026 at 2.00 p.m.

All the resolutions as set out in the Company’s Notice of EGM dated 18 December 2025 were duly passed at the EGM of the Company held on 9 January 2026. The results of the votes on the resolutions had been released on the SGXNet and uploaded here on 9 January 2026.
