2025 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Plato Capital Limited (the “Company”) was held at Jasmine Room, Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen, 170 Bencoolen Street, Singapore 189657 on Friday, 25 April 2025 at 2.00 p.m.

All the resolutions as set out in the Company’s Notice of AGM dated 10 April 2025 were duly passed at the AGM of the Company held on 25 April 2025. The results of the votes on the resolutions had been released on the SGXNet and uploaded here on 25 April 2025.
