The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Plato Capital Limited has been convened and held via electronic means on Thursday, 28 April 2022 at 2.00 p.m.

All the resolutions as set out in the Company’s Notice of AGM dated 13 April 2022 were duly passed. The results of votes on the resolutions have been released on SGXNet and uploaded on 28 April 2022.
