2023 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Plato Capital Limited (the “Company”) was held at Kallang Room, Level 4, Holiday Inn® Singapore Atrium, 317 Outram Road, Singapore 169075 on Wednesday, 26 April 2023 at 2.00 p.m.

All the resolutions as set out in the Company’s Notice of AGM dated 11 April 2023 were duly passed at the AGM of the Company held on 26 April 2023. The results of the votes on the resolutions had been released on the SGXNet and uploaded here on 26 April 2023.
